My name is Jonny, and my passion is Transformation. I created this program with one goal in mind. To teach people how to eat, in order to get lean in a sustainable way.

People often ask me what’s different about what I teach? Or why I may make certain suggestions, when they fly in the face of what most of us have heard for so long? I will give you a quick story about me.

I grew up as an overweight kid most of my life. When I was 20 years old I hit my highest weight of 270 pounds. I was wear 2XL t-shirts, size 38″ waist pants. At this weight, I had to hold my breath to tie my shoes because my stomach got in the way. And little things like going up stairs took my breath away. 

When I realized that I could actually change by changing what I was doing, my journey began. And that is the beauty of transformation. It’s available to all of us, if we are willing.

This program is an accumulation of what I’ve learned from my journey of losing 100 pounds, as well as helping hundreds of clients reach their goals over the past 10 years as a coach.

If there is one thing I’ve realized about the fitness industry, it’s this: That there are many methods. Many diets. Many fads. And many of those will produce results, at least initially. But do they last? Not many of them, if any at all, do.

That is because they are programmed to give you what you’ve been marketed to believe you need. A Diet. And being on a diet is one sure way to set yourself up for disappointment.

Connect in person with the other members, the 5Stones coaches and me, Jonny Chai. You'll receive daily videos talking about nutrition, meal plans and tips on how to transform your lifestyle, diet and begin eating healthy. You'll also get access to live streaming home workout classes that you can tune into from anywhere, on any device. You can participate in the live chat or participate in the class with your video turned on (optional) and talk to me and the other members live.

Class is always recorded so you can watch it at your convenience at any time.

Do I have to be online at a certain time to be a part of the live classes?
Classes are scheduled at the same time every week, but if you can’t make it a recording of the live class is always uploaded to your secure member’s forum along with detailed notes from the class so you can skip to any part of the video you choose.

Would this help me if I'm already doing a workout program or meal plan?

Do I need any special equipment?
The only requirement for this program is a Facebook profile so you can access the private group of meals and recipes***

 I’ll always provide home workouts that don’t require any equipment. I may invite you to use equipment (water bottles, towels or sliders) you have at home, but will always show modifications and alternatives.
